I got a phone call from someone saying they handled my boiler insurance and that my premium had dropped, so they wanted me to sign up again. When I asked if they already covered my home, they said yes but gave the company name as 'Heat & Services', which didn’t sound right. I just ended the call after that because it seemed fishy to me.

Got a call from this number, got transferred to the manager the moment i began asking stuff. He tried getting my bank info saying my boiler cover could go down to £24.99 since i never claimed before. I told him if he wanted to explain more then just send the documents over. He said nah, company rules say direct debit had to be set up right away. No chance mate, felt like a total joke. Stay clear of these scammers 👍

Why cant the Government just fix this? If they made a rule that the phone companies had to be responsible for any scammers using their lines, maybe it would stop. Seriously, everyone should contact their MP about this!

Got a call from an Asian lady asking for my hubby by name. I asked what it was regarding, and she said something about not making any claims on our boiler recently (which is pretty new, by the way). She went on to say they were lowering our cover to £24.99, like some others have mentioned too. When I asked which company she was with, she said Domestic Services. I told her to send me the info in writing and then ended the call.

I received a call on our home phone earlier today from the number 01163258702. They asserted they were an insurance company reaching out to offer us a discount, citing that we hadn't made many claims regarding our boiler over the last eight months. When I inquired about how this so-called discount would be applied, they mentioned it would be reflected in our monthly payments. However, we don’t have any monthly payments as we settled the bill in its entirety. As I probed further with more questions, they pretended to transfer me to their manager, who merely echoed the same information. When I refused to divulge any details to them, they abruptly hung up.
