These people work for a call centre instructed by ACH Management, who are basically ambulance chasers, always hunting for any accident claims they can turn into compensation cases. First, they'll try to get you to confirm your personal info, then hit you with some story about thousands of pounds being owed to you from an old accident. I’ve told them to take my details off their list and warned them that every call they make after that, I'll charge them £10 for wasting my time. If they don’t pay, I’m ready to take it to the small claims court and push it all the way up to the High Court Sheriff if needed. I’ve tried this before and it does actually work, so it’s worth putting the effort in.
