Some bloke called himself Peter claiming he was from Windows, telling me I shouldn’t be using Windows 'cause they don’t back what I’m up to. Then he managed to sneak a bug into my laptop and offered to fix it for either £299 or £399. Since then, my settings have all been messed up.

So this person claimed to be from the Windows support team or something like that.
