On 19th May 2021, I got a call from AGE(UK) Leicester offices about my wife, regarding an uncle who wasn’t answering the doorbell or anything. It’s a man in his 90s, so you’d think they’d leave a message for something so serious, but nope, nothing. Still, at least now I know why they were ringing. Mystery cleared up.
