I got a voicemail from a woman who didn’t say which company she’s with, but asked me to ring back about a capacity check on my electricity meter?? I never pick up calls from numbers I don’t recognise. Unless it’s definitely my electricity provider, I’m not interested.

they kept telling me the usual story about some car crash i was supposedly involved in. i asked the bloke if he ever gets fed up going over the same spiel every time. he just smirked and said nah, he’s alright with it. so i told him if i was his mum, i’d be proper gutted that this was all he’s managed to land for a job.
