I’ve been receiving calls from this number repeatedly, and each time I pick up, they just hang up! I've had enough, so I went ahead and blocked it.

Got a call from an Indian guy asking about bank details! Honestly, why dont they just find proper work instead of trying to con people? Sick of getting these kinds of calls all the time!

Got a call this morning (Bromsgrove) at around 11:07 am on 31/03/18. The guy on the line had a strong Indian accent and was hard to catch exactly what he was saying. He said he was from Nationwide Bank and mentioned my name, asking if it was me. I didn’t give a yes or no, just asked what the call was for. Then he rattled off my postcode, trying to get me to confirm again. I kept asking what his call was about, then he just ended the call. Pretty clear that was a dodgy scam attempt.

Got a call to discuss my life insurance! I don’t have any and can’t get any right now due to health issues. The daft bloke just wouldn’t listen to me, so I ended up calling him a bloody waste of space!

They didn’t say my full name, so it’s clear they probably got my info from somewhere else. A real bank would never call you using a nickname.

I just received a call from someone claiming to be Loyds bank. He immediately asked for my postcode. Once I told him I’m not a Loyds customer and refused to share any info, he ended the call. Totally a scam trying to fish for personal details! These idiots should be locked up, and I’m really curious how they even get hold of our info to start with.

Received a call purporting to be from Lloyd’s Bank. They mentioned a postcode that wasn’t even close to mine and then proceeded to ask for the correct one. When I pointed out that Lloyd's should already have it on file, they promptly ended the call. Quite dodgy behaviour!

I received a rather peculiar call purporting to be from Lloyds TSB. The caller inquired whether I still banked with them or had switched over to Barclays or Halifax. When I informed her that I didn't have an account with Lloyds, she then asked for the name of my actual bank. I confronted her, pointing out that if she were genuinely from Lloyds, she ought to have been aware that I wasn’t a customer of theirs. She promptly disconnected the call-very suspicious behaviour, if you ask me!

They phoned saying they were from Lloyds TSB and asked if I was still banking there or if I'd switched to Barclays or Halifax. When I said I wasn't with Lloyds anymore, they asked who my bank was now. I told them if they really worked for Lloyds, they’d already know I’m not a customer, then I just ended the call!

Got a call from an Indian lady with pretty poor English, asking me to verify my name and postcode. When I probed where she was calling from, she claimed to be from Barclays bank. I asked why she was ringing since I’m not a Barclays customer, then she asked if I banked with HSBC, which I said no to. She then wanted to know who I bank with, but when I refused to answer, the call just dropped. Blocked her number straight away.

They claimed to be from Lloyds, then changed it to Lloyds TSB when I asked. Since I actually work for Lloyds, I found it suspicious. They kept pushing, asking if I had made a claim. Definitely a scam call, don’t share any details with them.

I got a call from this number on my cell, no clue where they found my number so I just ignored it. If what the other decent folks are saying is true, then I’m happy I didn’t pick up. Thanks for providing this service, much appreciated!

I received a rather cheeky phone call from a foreign chap who insisted I verify my address for those PPI forms. I flatly refused and requested my details be taken off their database. To add insult to injury, he had the audacity to ask for a kiss before we ended the call! Gave him a right reprimand for his cheek. It’s infuriating how these companies seem to pop up again even after blocking them!

This number just rang me up - they asked for my name and old address, claimed to be from Lloyds Bank. I asked where they got my number, and they said from Lloyds Bank. I told them I've never had an account with Lloyds, so that can’t be right. Then they said it wasn’t Lloyds that gave the number, they just wanted to check it and find out which bank I use because they were doing a survey on the most popular bank. I asked again where they got my number since I'm on the TPS, and then the call just cut off.

Received a call from this number earlier today. A woman with a foreign accent inquired whether I had an account with Barclays or Halifax. Naturally, I wanted to know the reason behind her question, to which she promptly hung up. Quite peculiar how she’s keen on asking questions yet apparently dislikes being questioned herself! Very odd indeed.
