I got a call from Outfox the Market. Ive been with them for over a year now and defo planning to stick around. Their prices are always among the best for energy and they dont even charge you if you decide to cancel before your contract ends. Plus, their customer support is really good.

I dont mind when they ring, yeah OFTM. I make a right din on the phone, they’re just rip off merchants charging way too much. Also, keep an eye on your bank, they might put through another direct debit without asking you. Plus, they often try to sneak in a 6 monthly payment too. Gotta watch out for these dodgy blokes!

Beat the system - called back right after I filed a complaint. Glad I picked up.

Outfox the Market? More like outsmarted by them. It's less about hassle, more about how utterly useless they are. Can't even set the time right on an Economy 7 meter - no joke. They said they'd have to swap it out, but then said they don’t do smart E7 installs. My advice was to switch providers just to get one, then come back to them. Proper nightmare. Stay clear!

Outfox The Market/Fischer Energy have been a total nightmare to deal with, and honestly just scammy as heck. They've been taking money unfairly and even after we told them to stop over a year ago, they're still blowing up my phone constantly. Definitely block this number and stay clear of these lot at all costs!

We use Fischer heaters and made it clear we’re not interested in signing up for their pricey energy plans. Even after telling them once this morning we’re not buying, they had another go at us this afternoon. So now, they’re blocked. Honestly, get yourself BT Call Guardian - it’s one of the best things to stop these annoying calls!

Really frustrating getting calls from this company non stop. I told them to stop bothering me but now they phone me on both my mobile and my landline. Feels like pure harassment. I thought cold calling was banned nowadays - if not, it really should be. They must be absolutely desperate for customers. Fischer Heating - looks like they mostly use landlines and old fashioned leaflets to contact people, so you can probably tell who they're aiming for (even tho they have my mobile and email from when I asked about their stuff, they never use those). I'd say steer clear or at least do a bit of research on them first before dealing with them.

Apparently, the number belongs to a UK firm named Fischer Energy, probably linked to Fischer Future Heat. They are a legit company, but receiving unasked-for calls from them is a bit annoying. I've put the number on my block list now.
