Got a call out of nowhere, they asked for me using my last name. Said they were from "777?" finance and claimed we’d spoken last year about paying for my funeral in advance. I was tied up so asked them to ring back another time. I’ve never talked about funeral finance with anyone before. Rang back and was met with a really loud automated message in a Canadian accent saying ‘please hold, your call is important to us, an assistant will be with you soon.’ So I just ended the call.

nice guy from ‘utilities made simple’ called me. he was polite and didn’t hassle me after i told him i wasn’t keen. can’t really say much about the service itself, just a reminder to always be cautious with things like this.
