I told them I hadn’t ordered anything and they said to stop the order, I needed to install TeamViewer or AnyDesk from the Play Store. I didn’t go along with it because I knew letting them in remotely would give them access to my phone and all my personal info, like bank details and passwords. They also warned me not to log into my Amazon account because apparently, someone else was using it.
