01162917199 is definitely dodgy. They hang on until you answer, then some bloke with a weird accent that sounds miles away starts chatting. Claimed he was from BT and mentioned my internet. Heard the same kind of rubbish from 10508813424 not long ago. Been called twice today already. Best steer clear of these!
