When I asked him to give me the postcode he’d got linked to my phone number, he just quickly ended the call. I get calls like this all the time and I reckon it’s a scam where they try to get people to apply for government insulation grants. Most likely, if you go along with it, you won’t actually qualify and HMRC will come after you for the money, since the fraudsters keep the commission.
