9 yearsI recently placed an online order and received only part of it last Friday. I attempted to call their customer service - after being on hold for half an hour, I finally gave up. Undeterred, I tried once more and waited a staggering 57 minutes before someone finally picked up. I explained my predicament, and they promised to investigate and ring me back shortly. After an agonising wait of 76 minutes, I received a call saying they had resolved the issue and that the missing items would be sent out. Fast forward to Thursday the 31st, when I got an email confirming that my order was dispatched at 9:06 in the morning. Naturally, I called to inquire why so much time had elapsed since my last communication, especially after enduring over an hour and a quarter on hold previously, only to be met with silence.
