When I rang back, I was met with an automated voice telling me not to stress and that they would try phoning again. I’m actually waiting on a call from them to set up an appointment, just not sure when it’ll come through, that's why I let it ring out. From what I can tell, it seems completely trustworthy and above board.

I get frequent calls from them since I'm having follow-ups after beating cancer. If you’ve had a call from this number but don’t live nearby or have no link to the hospitals, they probably dialled the wrong person. It's certainly not some kind of scam!

I didn’t notice my phone ringing because it was so late and only saw the missed call the next day. Since I have family ties in Leicester, I decided to check this number here and found out it was probably a legit call. So I called back and it turned out my son had been taken into Leicester Royal Infirmary that very evening.
