They said if it wasn’t me, I had to immediately go on the “secure” Amazon site and update my info because my account was supposedly hacked. When I asked for more proof, the person got really annoyed and warned that the phone would be delivered within an hour and the payment taken from my bank linked to the account if I didn't act quick.
