Someone called my mum today saying that two withdrawals, one for £300 and another for £1000, had been made on her bank account at 12:10. She got in touch with the bank straight away and handed over the info. This clearly looks like a scam, and I’d like to know what steps will be taken against the person behind this. Please update me on any progress.
