This number actually belongs to a private residence, owned by a retired individual who uses it for personal calls. It seems that scammers have copied it, and BT are currently looking into the matter. Got a call from some robot thing saying my Mastercard was charged twice today for £700 and £900. Thing is, I don’t even own a Mastercard! Then it told me to press 1 to stop the payments. Smells like one of those dodgy premium rate scams to me.
