Got a call from someone calling herself 'Susan' saying she was with Microsoft's tech team. Yeah, right!!! Total scam as, expected. I just gave her a rough time and shouted back, which honestly makes me feel a bit better. They usually hang up pretty quick after that. Don't let yourselves get caught out by these tricks!
