I told the bloke I wasn’t interested in a home insurance quote a good few times, maybe three or more, and I was quite polite about it. I even said he was just wasting both his time and mine, but he just wouldn’t accept a simple no. In the end, I had no choice but to hang up. Honestly, the training for these phone sales reps must be terrible; being pushy and aggressive doesn’t make anyone change their mind.
