Recently, a lady called us identifying herself as Iram Eatel from Consumer Money Matters, which is part of Key Financial Claim Limited. I was surprised to learn they’re fully regulated by the Ministry of Justice and that their office is based in Leicester. She had an abundance of information about us, and it's left us feeling quite uneasy. Though she appeared to be sincere, we've got someone scheduled to visit us tomorrow evening to elaborate on how this organisation can assist us in reclaiming some funds related to our loans or credit cards. We’re feeling a bit apprehensive about the situation, as we’re unsure whether we’re making a wise decision here. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

We've grown weary of constantly receiving excuses from Consumer Money Matters Ltd, so we've decided to give our notice. It feels utterly unjust and morally questionable to have individuals harassed at home with these nonsensical sales pitches. I got a call about PPI and then they actually sent someone to my place. They said they have all the paperwork sorted under Consumer Money Matter Limited. Their office is at Reynard House, 37 Welford Road, Leicester LE2 7AD. The VAT number they gave me was 927 5195 00, and they’re registered in England with number 6994591. Does anyone know if this is for real?
