Clearly a call centre, given the din in the background. They disconnected as soon as I picked up. Since I'm on the Telephone Preference Service, I’m baffled as to why they even bothered calling me. Quite frustrating, to say the least!

Got a call on my home phone and they were asking for my husband by his first name. When I said I could pass a message on, they just dropped the call. Bit strange if you ask me!
