Got a call on my mobile from this Leeds number, the bloke said he wanted to talk to my wife and even had her first name right. He claimed he wasn't trying to sell anything, just said she might be due a refund. When I asked for more info, he hesitated and eventually admitted he worked for a PPI company. Bit fishy if you ask me.
