I think this is some new kind of caller using an automated system to ring constantly. I've been blocking the numbers but they just keep switching them and calling again. Over the past couple of days, I've had about 8 different calls all from different numbers, and it’s getting really annoying. Mostly its these pre-recorded messages about car crashes or just dead silence when you answer. Pretty much the same old scam stuff. The numbers are like 0116 243 2340, 0116 313 4019, 0116 261 4492, 0116 236 6333 and 011 254 7389.
