Received a call from a number based in Leicester. A woman on the line claimed she was reaching out about an accident I supposedly had, of which I was apparently not at fault. I informed her that I hadn’t been in any accident. She insisted on passing me over to a supervisor who could help. Feeling rather exasperated, I reiterated that I didn’t require any help since there was no accident, and promptly ended the call.
