I had a rather peculiar phone call from an Asian gentleman purporting to be from TalkTalk. He insisted that they were getting error messages from my router. I promptly informed him that his claims were unfounded and terminated the call.

I received a call from this number on the 18th of October at 3:05 PM. When I picked up, there was nothing but silence on the line. It also rang me earlier that day at 1:22 PM, and again, when I answered, I was met with complete quiet.
