I got a call from someone claiming to be from Sky Services, saying they could lower my payment. They asked some verifying questions and said an accounts person would call me back soon, plus send paperwork. Later, a call came from 08001337639, but I missed it - they rang a few times but I couldn’t get to the phone quick enough. Looking up the number here, it's flagged as a Sky repair scam, and apparently they ask for bank info. If it was really the company I have a repair deal with, they wouldn’t need that, so I’m just blocking both numbers now.

The person on the other end just stayed quiet for a bit and then suddenly ended the call.
