When we rang 0800616302 to discuss cancelling our insulation installation appointment, we didn’t realise that our phone bill would show a different number - 01162366523 - for the call, and we were charged for it! We’re currently in touch with Speak Speak to get to the bottom of this, but it certainly appears that the supposedly free number is diverting to another line, leaving the costs on us instead of the company. Quite the inconvenience, to say the least!
