i got a call from a woman who said she was from virgin media about problems with my internet speed. she insisted on walking me through steps to fix and stop the speed dropping. the lady’s voice was really loud and she wouldn’t let me get a word in, just kept rambling on. i told her she was trying to scam me and then ended the call.
