Today alone I’ve had four calls like this. They’ve been showing up quite often for the past few months but today they just won’t stop. Most rang from 01677936528 and 01752829368, though the latest one just showed as ‘unavailable’. I usually block the numbers when I can, which might explain why they’re switching to hidden callers now. We never answer or hit any buttons, yet it’s getting seriously frustrating. I’m honestly thinking about cutting off our landline because of this. You’d think with all the tech BT has, they could do something about these annoying calls by now.

Got a call again today from "bt" with one of those recorded messages that just cuts off my phone line. Absolutely rubbish!

Got a call from someone claiming they were from BT, saying my internet connection would be cut off. They wanted me to press 1 or something. I just ended the call. Not sure what the scam was exactly, but I'm certain it was one.
