They only get in touch if you've either made an online inquiry or had a chat with their call centre. I highly recommend giving them a ring back. Their main aim is to set up a complimentary survey to assess your eligibility for grants. Although we didn’t meet the criteria for a full grant, we still received a substantial amount towards our costs. Now, we're genuinely enjoying a much cozier home. Definitely worth the call!
