It seems there's some sort of Sky maintenance package, distinct from the usual Sky contracts. Oddly enough, it looks like they expect you to fork out for a second year, whether you like it or not... classic SPAM behaviour! Claimed they weren't trying to sell anything but then wanted to put me through to a manager when I wasn’t interested in their upgrade spiel. Later, they called back from an 020 number after first ringing from an 0116 code, but it was definitely the same bloke.
