The 441 code is actually for Bermuda, but there’s no such thing as area code 161 there. In the US system, it's country code 1, then an area code, then seven digits - and that applies to all their territories worldwide. So I looked it up and I’m pretty sure it was actually a Leicester number, 1161. It’s quite possible they were trying to say something about an accident or whatever, but when I asked who they were calling, they couldn’t answer.
