Today, i got a call from someone called katie chamberlain. she claimed i'd been in an accident and wanted info about it. i asked her where she worked, but she just said she needed info about my accident first. i told her i hadn’t had any accident and accused her of making it up, then she just cut me off. proper cheeky behaviour!

On the 1st of September around 2.37 pm, I got a call on my mobile from someone saying they were from Smile Cloud Services in Leicester - the caller said her name was Katie. When I tried to ask her some questions, she just shut me down straight away. The number she called from was 0116 179 1197, but BT didn’t recognise it at all. Just to add, I saw on your site that Smile Cloud Services and Katie are linked to the number 0116 088 6219.
