Got a recorded call from Smile Cloud Services about some accident claim. The message started with "Hi, I'm Katie Chambers from Smile Cloud Services... I’m calling regarding the accident you were innocent in, right?" I just ended the call there and then. Looks like spam to me.

I got a call from Smile Cloud services, first thing was a recorded message with a woman named Katie asking if I’d been in a crash. I said yes, then they switched me over to some bloke in a call centre who started asking about medical negligence stuff. When I asked how they got my info, he just said thanks and ended the call. Definitely steer clear of them.

I got a call from Smile Cloud, the first voice was a woman named Katie, sounded like an automated message asking if I’d been in an accident. I said I had, then got forwarded to a call centre. A bloke came on and started asking about medical negligence stuff. When I asked how they got my information, he just said thanks and ended the call. Wouldn’t recommend them at all!
