Since it's a hospital calling, they usually keep the message pretty vague. I missed a few calls from them myself. Funny enough, I actually had to change an appointment and they were ringing to inform me about some equipment issues that meant they had to reschedule.

This number seems really dodgy to me. I got a couple of texts saying I have an appointment for rehab at NUS hospital city campus, but I never actually booked anything like that. So yeah, I reckon these calls and messages are definitely some kind of scam!
