Got a dodgy call pretending to be Ocado, then saw a weird charge popped up on my phone bill without me doing anything. Proper scam, watch out!

I noticed a tiny ‘Extra Services’ fee on my phone bill linked to Ocado, but when I contacted Ocado, they said they didn’t recognise the number or the email connected to it at **@esendex.com. My mobile network provider also told me they didn’t apply this charge. Seriously don’t know where it’s come from. I’ve just blocked any more ‘Extra Services’ fees from being added to avoid any more surprises.
