I got this weird call and Truecall picked up on it, registering a number but all I heard was some sort of strange beeping sounds. Definitely felt like a scam to me.

So, I just got told BT are gonna disconnect my line over some claim I misused it. Thing is, I never even hit option 1 to talk to anyone. It’s all a bit confusing really.
