I've had a right nuisance of a caller claiming to be from BT, insisting they’ve received several complaints regarding my broadband being vulnerable to scams. Would you believe they suggested I switch providers for a "safer" service? They’ve been relentless, ringing me three times in a single day! It’s bordering on harassment at this point. I've got their number, 01159810654, and plan to report this behaviour to Ofcom. It’s unacceptable!

There’ve been incessant calls this morning, cutting in and out. Just as they hang up, the phone starts ringing once more.

I’ve been receiving calls every quarter of an hour since 7:59 this morning, and after an hour it’s only stretched to every half an hour. This has got to be classified as harassment in my book! For anyone considering it, I'd advise steering clear of Anglian. They just don't take ‘no’ for an answer, even after you’ve made it abundantly clear you’ve had a change of heart. It’s relentless!
