Who just called my number? I answered, and then they just disconnected! It's absolutely frustrating.

I reckon this lot is from WELCOME FINANCE. They've been ringing us incessantly, changing their numbers in a bid to reach us. We previously informed them in a complaint letter - which was upheld, mind you - that they were not to call our mobile during office hours. So, I'm left wondering why they persist in calling two or three times each day. It seems their interpretation of an upheld complaint only lasts as long as it’s convenient for them to disregard the rules we've established.
