Received a missed call earlier today on our business line, and when we tried to return the call, they were insistent on obtaining our business name. It seems they lack any sort of proper database facilities; I had to holler across the office to find out if anyone had mentioned our business's name. It all felt incredibly unprofessional. They’re just keeping these call lists and relentlessly trying to sell phone packages. Just a word of caution to others out there!

Had a missed call from this number earlier on our office line today. When we rang them back, they were rather pushy about trying to gather our details. It seems they don't maintain a proper database, so I had to holler across the office to find out if anyone knew who’d been in touch. It’s absolutely ridiculous-our business name was thrown around without a second thought. They seem to be just another bunch of unprofessional types with a list of numbers to ring, clearly trying to sell some telecom packages. Just a heads-up to everyone-stay vigilant!

I've had a couple of run-ins with these folks already. When they rang today, they claimed to be associated with a company called Titan. The last time they called, I didn't even think to ask for their identity because it was the day we switched our number. I'm with Virgin Media, and I can’t shake the feeling that someone’s got a list of all the numbers, or these people are just throwing around digits for the fun of it. It’s getting rather tiresome, and we’re considering taking action against them soon. 🙁
