Got a robo call warning me my net service would get cut off within a day. I pressed 1 and it connected me to some call centre person who told me there was an issue with my account and my internet would be stopped. Total scam!

Got a call from a bloke claiming to be from BT support saying my internet was on the verge of being disconnected in a day because my router was supposedly hacked. It sounded so fake, probably some kind of computer-generated voice. They tried to get me to press certain keys on my phone, but I didn't fall for it.
