This week I've been getting nonstop calls from a cold calling firm named “Connect”. They really don’t take no for an answer, keeps ringing even after I said no. Proper annoying!

Got a call from someone named Lucy claiming to be from Connect. She was really harsh and quite pushy. Proper unpleasant experience.

The caller was quite impolite and refused to identify themselves, they just kept asking to talk to the person in charge of the business.

They never actually said their name but kept asking to talk to the business owner, who they seemed to know by name. When I asked what the call was regarding, after a bit of prodding, they said it was about the phone line. I told them the line is registered with TPS for the business, so they should really be aware of that.
