Picked up the phone and the line just went dead, this number has rung me a few times already and it’s always the same thing.

This woman rings us daily, claiming to be from some firm named Exel, wanting to chat with our managing director about some software. I've already made it clear he isn't into cold calls, so she emailed him instead. Yet, she keeps phoning every single day, trying to get him to respond to that email. Every time she rings, I remind her that he doesn't accept unsolicited calls and will only reply if genuinely interested, but it makes no difference - she just keeps calling! It’s like clockwork, every day without fail.
