So I ended up calling back and left a voicemail... Fingers crossed it's not some sort of scam. I usually wouldn't bother returning missed calls but I kept seeing the number pop up. In hindsight, I shoulda just waited to see if they left a message first. When it went to voicemail, they just said a few quick digits and that they were busy right now. Feeling a bit uneasy about it all now.

I'm led to believe they all stem from the same company, which I gather is peddling health-related products. Quite irritating, if you ask me!
