Got a call from what seemed like a regular Nottingham number, which is close to where I live. It was a recorded message saying it was from 'bank security' warning me about two 'unauthorised' transactions on my card earlier today. They didn’t say which bank or card it was about. The amounts mentioned were £899 and £199. Then the recording said something like "you have never made this transaction before". The robotic voice, lack of who they were, and strange wording all screamed scam to me. So I just ended the call.
