Then they proceeded to ask if I would be keen on external thermal insulation for my home. I informed them that I didn't require it since my cavity walls were already insulated, but just as I began to elaborate, the call was suddenly terminated. I found that rather inconsiderate, so I decided to ring them back to express my displeasure, but oddly enough, the calls kept dropping. Eventually, I managed to get through to someone, who assured me they would escalate the matter. Just as I was about to inquire if they were aware of the Telephone Preference Service, I was cut off once more.
