I got a call from a lady with an East Asian accent claiming she was ringing from Microsoft. She said they’d done several scans on my PC and found viruses. But when I began quizzing her about things like my name and IP address, she seemed to get all confused and just ended the call abruptly.

kept ringing but nobody picked up, then it just cut out with a message saying ‘call ended’, really strange.
