Got a call from someone claiming to be Virgin Media, but the connection was so bad I asked what company I was supposed to be with. Told him I’m not with Virgin at all. Then he just swore at me and hung up. No respect at all, especially to an older lady like me. I reckon he wouldn’t have spoken to a man like that. Honestly, it left me feeling really upset and shaken.
