I found it quite tricky to make out what this chap was saying; he had this strong Eastern European accent, you see. If memory serves, he mentioned he was calling from o2 and proposed a sort of discount for my mobile plan.

Got a call from someone who spoke with a super thick accent, maybe from Eastern Europe or somewhere around there? Honestly, I wasn’t too sure. They said something about being from O2 and tried to pitch a contract offer to me. I had to ask them to go over what they said a few times ’cause I really wasn’t catching it, then I just ended the call.
