Initially, they introduced themselves as representatives from Virgin Media, but when I was transferred to a second individual, it turned out they were actually from Sky. They alleged that my internet connection had been implicated in dubious activities, such as money laundering and drug trafficking, without offering any concrete dates for these supposed incidents, other than a vague reference to the period since the lockdown began in April. They also urged me to download "TeamViewer," a software for remote access, which struck me as particularly suspicious.
