I got two calls from this number. The second time I picked up, a woman said she was from "you benefit" or something like that. She started talking, said it would just take 40 seconds, and then just cut the call. Bit rude if you ask me. 🙄

I got a call from a woman asking if she’d reached Christopher Cooper, which isn’t me. Once I said that, she mentioned something about ending up on the ‘who called me’ site and then just put the phone down.

Got a call this morning around 11 from a bloke with an Asian accent. He asked me three questions after saying he knew my name and where I lived. Wanted to know my age range and if I had BT for my phone. Quite odd really.

Same old rubbish call from some bloke with a posh English name but an obviously Indian accent. I toyed with him a bit, then asked "What brand of washing machine do you have?" and he started fumbling. I went "Let me guess, you're after selling a warranty?" he nervously said "No no mate, just genuine". I said "Yeah right, now sod off and don't bother calling again." Bet they'll still ring me back though!!

The phone keeps buzzing but when I pick up, no one says a word, even though I can hear chatter faintly in the backround. I was under the impression that call centres aren’t allowed to use autodiallers that go quiet if there’s not enough staff to take the call anymore.

Someone rang asking for “Mr Bean” - I reckon ages ago someone must have used my number as a joke along with that name cause I get calls like this loads. I told the chap it wasn’t the right number, and he sounded really annoyed, saying “seriously?” I just said “yeah, seriously” and then he cut me off without even a goodbye or sorry for bothering me! Poor bloke must be proper stressed hassling folks all day long.

I block them as soon as they call, but then the next day another number from Nottingham rings and does the exact same thing. I have no clue why they bother, but it's really annoying!

Got a call claiming it was for a home survey, but the way they asked so many personal questions felt a bit off. Seemed like they were fishing for more info than just simple survey stuff. Definitely made me suspicious about their real intentions.
